The hotel was quite nice overall, with friendly staff and clean rooms. I enjoyed the restaurant's food quality, which was impressive. However, the spa area felt crowded at times, which detracted from the experience. A more comfortable spot for relaxing would have been appreciated.

Recommended for a chill getaway
I really enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant, the food was great, especially this creamy chicken fricassée that made my taste buds explode! The staff, especially this one girl, she was super friendly and always checked if we were happy with our meals, it was like having family around!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the experience was still acceptable.

The kids loved playing rounds while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the spa, which felt refreshing after our family adventures. Both buildings were cozy, and I appreciated the furnishings that added character to our rooms.
My kids wished for a kids' club or more activities to keep them entertained in the evenings.

We enjoyed playing billiards and table tennis after exploring the nearby painted monasteries. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was tasty. Facilities were great and my room had a lovely balcony view. You're just minutes away from stunning landscapes and cultural sites. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
One downside was breakfast on our first morning—some chaos when a large group depleted the buffet. It took a while to restock, but it was fine the next day.

perfect spot for exploring landmarks and parks on foot
During my stay, I loved that I could stroll to the Nativity Cathedral and enjoy the beautiful complex Arinis park just a short walk away, making my city explorations effortless and delightful. it was also comforting to find the service consistently high-quality, especially at the restaurant where the young waitress was a standout star.

We stayed in a Queen Room for two nights. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with beautiful views. It felt comfortable, and the beds were decent. Only downside was that there was no elevator, so we had to lug our bags up a flight of stairs. But honestly, it was manageable overall.

Freshly baked every morning, it paired magically with local cheeses that whispered 'taste me! ' But wait, the desserts—homemade strudel sweet enough to make you dance! Plus, the picnic area with tables made for a cozy lunch with friends.
Now, the packed lunches could use a little pizzazz. they felt a bit basic.
